Service Description

A comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessment to identify assistive technology that supports your safety, independence and participation in everyday life. Recommendations are tailored to your individual functional needs, goals and environment, and may include mobility equipment, seating and positioning, personal care equipment, home modifications and other daily living supports. Where required, we can assist with equipment trials, supplier liaison and clinical documentation to support NDIS and Home Care Package funding applications.
